Our Philosophy

There is too much litigation, and the courts are overloaded. Attorneys are expensive.
Litigation is unpleasant, toxic, expensive and often leaves all parties emotionally and
financially depleted.

We aim to resolve disputes before they have to go court.

We are neutral and we do not take a position for or against any party or position that any party takes. We encourage the parties to communicate their grievances in a peaceful and confidential environment, and we go issue by issue and try to come to a peaceful,
acceptable compromise each step of the way.

Mediators are known as the ‘peacemakers’ and that is what I want to accomplish.
